Welcome to
Laurypaper
If someone had told me six years ago that writing would become my job, I probably would have smiled.
Back then, journaling was a personal practice for me—a way to organise my thoughts, navigate change, and find my way back to myself. It was never a business idea. It was a necessity.
In the digital age, we consume other people's thoughts faster than we have the chance to hear our own.
We know what the world is thinking, yet more and more often we lose touch with what we think ourselves. Speed has become the norm, while depth has become increasingly rare.
Perhaps the greatest luxury today is not time, but silence.
We believe that:
-
writing is not about solitude, but about connection
-
slowing down becomes easier when you see others doing the same
-
inspiration grows through shared conversations and shared experiences

Paper doesn't ask for a reaction. It creates space for reflection. To think on paper is to slow your thoughts down enough for them to finally become clear.
Today, I teach and cultivate a culture of writing through subscription rituals, lectures, in-person gatherings, and a community of people who want to think more deeply and live more intentionally.
Laurypaper was never born from a business plan.
It grew from a personal experience that gradually became a movement.
Perhaps that is exactly why it resonates.
